A perfect Spring afternoon with Domaine Simha winemaker Nav Singh for The Wine Loop's first ever event in Tasmania in late November!

Our guests enjoyed a stunning line-up of Nav's wine combined with a beautiful seafood-focussed menu from Institut Polaire Head Chef Todd Shaw - and plenty of discussion about natural winemaking methods, wine trends and starting a small wine business!!
