Dessert plate-off tops a fantastic evening with Alkimi's Stuart Dudine

Green apple & cheese flan, spiced apple cake, figs, pecans, finger lime – 10 ways! Henry Sugar Head Chef Mike Baker challenged our guests to have their time to shine at our last Saturday night virtual tasting and dining experience. These were their plating picks and pics!!
