Debuting our new virtual tapas lunch with winemaker Jackson Brooke
It was tasting and tapas for a private group lunch last Friday, as we teamed up with Henty winemaker Jackson Brooke of Jackson Brooke Wine and Henry Sugar Head Chef Mike Baker.
Over a two and a half hour leisurely lunch, 14 guests got to taste 6 of Jackson’s wines each paired to a delicious tapas dish, in an easy to heat and serve at home format. Along with tasting notes, everything needed for the experience was in one box!
